We've made it to Vladivostok!!!
We're here now in Vladivostok! We are excited that soon this week we will meet our Katie for the first time!!! Here's some photos and videos from our journey here. We will write more later, but are too tired to think at this point. This is a 15 hour time difference....two 8-9 hour flights later. I think it's time to eat and sleep!!! But so far, everyone seems very nice here and the ride was "interesting," to say the least. What we as Americans take for granted....wow, it's just different here. The roads are all in bad shape and under construction, but when you go near the government area (it's nice). I wonder why??? I won't comment on my thoughts on that reasoning, but you can probably guess. We have a good impression of it all thus far though. Our only complaint is that the only English speaking television we have encountered so far is Al-Jazeera. How fitting, really! Oh, we just found the BBC world news! I think I have a happy husband!!!!
